Danger of sewer gas explosion in Neath shopping area

Again with the summer months ahead there is danger of a sewer gas explosion in Neath arising from the ageing Victorian sewer system.   The past two years have given warning signs that have been ignored by Neath Port Talbot Council and Welsh Water.
