Smelly Bridge - a danger to public health

Smelly bridge - that's the new name given by residents to the rail bridge near Burger King on the road to Cadoxdon.  Is there a danger of a sewer gas explosion?

This is a problen that is being ignored by Neath Council who should co-ordinate with Welsh Water - the authority they allege to be responsible.
