We only have a few months to go now. The New Year is here and with it the chance to change the course of history. This country is a democracy which gives the people the opportunity, come election time, to change the colour of the parliament.

We here at the Ferret look forward to the debates we will doublessly have concerning the many facets of election time. We have no doubt that what will be uttered on these pages in the next few months will be more important to the people of Neath than all the political mayhem shown in the mainstream media.
