Next MP for Neath - maybe?

 

According to Guido Fawkes a short while ago, Christina Rees won the selection beating Mabel McKeown by just 10 votes. Looks like Hain and Howard Davies nearly pulled off the coup of getting the Establishment favourite into place.
 

My own view - I think you'll have a sense from my column this week if I had to go for any it would have been Ms Rees. Far more grounded than the others. Doubt she will be as ambitious as the other two, thereby concentrating more on the constituents - as it should be.
