Are councillors working effectively and using their computers?

A reader claims that every NPT councillor has been issued with a computer - or has allowances for one if they use their own.

The question is:  How many councillors can use them effectively?  The reader is under the impression that few councillors are using their computors as they should.  The reader questions if any councillors use their computors to communicate with the residents they represent?   Perhaps some readers can provide some feedback on this?

What is clear is that the NPT CBC website give a list of councillors' website addresses.
