Does the Neath Ferret bite?

In his column this week (see menu) Just STaN looks at the Neath Ferret and the effect it has on some councillors.   The website reaches parts that other sections of the media don't report on and brings to light issues that really matter to the community.   Stan's blog on the same website is also worth reading.
