Reader has the answer to challenge question

A reader has come up with the right answer to our photo question - although some suggested it could be a certain councillor in view of some of the comments he has made on this website.   Our Readers' Letters reveal the names.

It has to be said that comments in some letters were unprintable and were not published in order not to embarress those mentioned.
