Maybe this would have been a more appropriate title from what is revealed by Stan in what he calls an incomplete book entitled 'Alastair Campbell' by Peter Oborne and Simon Walters.

Alastair Campbell was once said to be the second most powerful man in Britain - the first at that time being Tony Blair.
