Introducing DOC

We welcome a new name to our website - DOC.   Doc is a digital artiste - another name for a modern cartoonist.   The aim is make you smile while reflecting on the media news.   Often readers will think of a better caption, and are therefore invited to take part in this light hearted look at the news.   Here is Doc's first effort, which reflects on events during the past few weeks.
