Sex act filmed in Neath on mobile phone

We only mention this because a reader has written in about it (Readers' Letters).   We are aware of the old saying that sex sells - in this case it seem to applies to the the sales of the newspaper mentioned.

We look at this case in another way and suggest a lack of police patrols where and when they are need most.

But there is more to it than this - as the reader's letter suggests.

READERS FOLLOW UP (Letters Page) One reader suggests that more filming of indecent behaviour by members of the public using their mobile phones should be done.   The reader believes that it could help the police in their duties and would be supplimentary to existing CCTV cameras.
