A suggestion to
the UK Treasury -

raise revenue
There are over 10,000,000 dogs in the UK
Dog licences could raise at least £25million for the UK enconomy. It would make dog owners more responsible for their pets.
Dog owners would be expected to have cover on their household insurance to cover them for dog bites or damage done by their pet.
