Funding to libraries and Neath Antiquarians cut by council

As announced on the media, funding by NPT CBC has been cut for community services.

It can be revealed that there is a lot of unrest over this matter.   Perhaps consideration could be given to voluntary service groups and unemployed residents giving their services in some form of organised plan?    What is perhaps required is someone with vision to come forward with a plan to keep these services going.     The question is:  'Are we lacking leadership?'
