Neighbourhood Watch group meet by candle light

The association co-ordinates neighbourbourhood watch groups in NPT

The quarterly meeting of the association normally held at Neath Civic Centre, was tonight held at the Old Town Hall because of a change of date.   Unfortunately it had to be held by candle-light because of a lighting problem - and NOT a power saving exercise as it would appear.  It was in no way related to Halloween!
