"As you can see the rubbish had not been touched. Surely the Railway Staff would have had to pass it to get into work and do they not care either about how rail travellers see this area?

The other pics are of the posters which I bet cost a fortune - there are 4 on Dwr y Felin Rd outside the college - where I must say the litter was blowing in the breeze today. There are 2 more outside the shops in Caewern. I have not yet found any more. Perhaps we could ask on the Ferret if these flags - which must have cost a fortune because of the size of them and the clamps which hold them on the lamposts - are going to be moved to different areas? - as I do not see what good they can do without enforcement of the £80 fine and who is going to enforce it? But someone has been paid a lot of taxpayers money for designing and producing and putting in place these flags."
