Local Development Plan - Leiros Park

The meeting on Saturday 7th September at the Owain Glyndwr Community Centre Waunceirch to discuss the proposal to build two hundred houses at Leiros Park resulted in residents being told that objections must be received by the NPT CBC Planning Department by 15th October 2013

The current traffic problems at Penywern Road and Dwr-y- Felin Road were highlighted and extra housing on this scale is guaranteed to make the problem much worse.   Therefore concern goes beyond those living at Leiros Park.
