Stains and more stains - are the streets of Neath ever washed?

+ These shocking pictures are published for the benefit of the council officials, and councillors, who never go to Neath and therefore are not aware the state of the town.   We hope they will be equally as shocked as we were.    Let's hope they will consider us doing them a favour in telling them about it.   It may give them time to get the town cleaned up before thousands of visitors arrive for the September fair - even if it means getting cleaning contractors in.

The revenue from stall holders at the September street fair should more than cover the cost.
