Neath Stinks - two legged pigs responsible for mess on streets

An outspoken letter by a reader puts the blame on councillors and council officials for the sad state of the streets in Neath and for not cleaning the mess made by 'two-legged pigs'.   Lack of policing at night means that drinkers can virtually relieve themselves almost anywhere because of the lack of public toilets.   The stains on the newly paved streets are there for everyone to see, the reader says.

In a few weeks time thousands of visitors to the Neath annual street fair will see for themselves how bad Neath really is.   It will all reflect on the councillors and the full time officials - the evidence is there for all to see.
