Distraction from the real issues?

Readers' Letters - our Twitter page, highlight some of the problems with our council - it appears that the situation is more serious than first thought.   One reader rules out the rumour of a method of getting rid of weeds as possible distraction to the financial problems with the budget and proposed job losses.   Top heavy management should be a serious matter for consideration to avoid what a council employee says amounts to having more chiefs than indians.
