Response from Councillors

Several readers have told us that they have had NO response to their recent emails sent to councillors.   It could be that the relevant councillors are on holiday.   If this is the case councillors should arrange for 'an auto response' email to make the sender aware that they are away.

The NPT CBC has an IT department who should ensure that councillors know how to use this facility.    As it is, residents are under the impression that their councillors are ignoring them.
