Are Bryncoch South Councillors sitting on the fence?

No O-fence intended !

Pictured below is the silly situation of a fence against a fence, both Bryncoch Councillors are aware of it.   Both have been asked about moving back the fence belonging to the council and making a shortcut pathway to the shops.  This is a practical way to help residents and the environment - a short pathway would save car journeys.  We await their response.    Photo by PK.
