Is this the answer to community questions to councillors?
From our Readers Letters page it would appear that two of our councillors are getting frustrated with the response from at least two of our readers. This new website (which is integrated as a page on this website) is designed to make issues more transparent and easier to follow when it comes to common community questions. However, the main feature is to highlight UNANSWERED questions - and those that have not been given a satisfactory reply.
We hope that it will help our councillors as much as it will our readers.
And the first community question has been posted (repeated on our Readers Letters page).
Meanwhile, the battle of words continue with existing threads with a red hot letter from an unhappy reader. Letters that the press will not print!
