Complimented !

Not only have these councillors been complimented by one of our critical readers (see readers letters page) but it has been noted that they are responding to this website in a positive manner.   The reader mentions a noticeable improvement in Neath and questions whether these councillors are responsible.   We are pleased that notice has been taken of the improvements.   If this reader has noticed a difference then others have too.  Perhaps these comments could be passed on to the work force concerned - although being paid for what they do, appreciation for work done matters a great deal.
