Toilet eye sore lets area down

It is on the main entrance to the village of Pontneddfechan in the Vale of Neath, the busy tourist attraction area of waterfall country and opposite the popular Angel pub, with visitors arriving form many parts of the country and overseas, the new public toilet now is a real eyesore to both visitors and residents, what a wonderful advert for the Welsh Tourist Board!!!
