Are you happy with your BIN MEN?

Readers' Letters suggest that there is much dissatisfaction with the way our refuse collectors are leaving bins after they have been emptied.

It has been mentioned that a council vehicle takes photos of bins left out BEFORE a collection.   It is now suggested that photos also be taken AFTER a collection.   Either this or having a supervisor checking an area afterwards.

We reckon something should be done before someone decides to video what is going on and put it on YouTube - and this website.
