Neath Councillor invites reader to join him on a litter pick

Cllr Peter Rees thanks a reader for his suggestions on the subject of litter and invites the reader to join him in a litter pick in Neath.

No one can fault the response of Cllr Rees who apparently is prepared to lead by example - also it will present the opportunity to meet a critical reader in person.
