Traffic Wardens with no sense in Water Street

Although the resident only parking wording has been removed from the road in Water Street, the original little notice (residents only parking) remains on a pole near the wall of one of the houses (shown right).  Apparently it is this notice that seems to be causing all the problems.  Because there are NO RESIDENTS - the houses have been acquired by NPT CBC for demolition under the Neath redevelopment scheme.

We have had several complaints regarding traffic wardens booking motorists for parking in this area.  One passing resident told us:  "Traffic Wardens have been having a field day on this spot."

We show below a Google photo showing the area BEFORE the wording (in English and Welsh) was removed from the road.
