BBC uses photograph from local photographer 

The above photo was taken on New Year's Eve by Mike Davies of Cadoxton and used on the BBC News website.  Mike has kindly supplied us with many photographs over Christmas and has produced the Vale of Neath website in conjunction with the Neath Guardian website team.
