Grotto Builder Speaks Out

Following the comments made about the location of Santa's Grotto in Neath on our Readers' Letters page, one of the builders has written in to say a few words about it.   Another reader said that Zoars were the only ones to offer the facility to the council.
The writers make it clear, that apart from some advertising, the council has put no money into it.

This weeks Neath Guardian website shows the arrival of Santa in Neath.   One reader said the crowd control should be better organised next year because shoppers were trapped in enclosures with sight seers and could not get out, including mothers with pushchairs and a disabled person in a wheelchair.    Apart from this, the pictures show very happy fans of Santa.
