Santa's Grotto in wrong place 

says Market Trader

A Neath Market trader is very annoyed about Santa's Grotto being placed at she what considers to be an out town centre location at Zoars Ark Garden Centre.  The trader said the council should have had more sense and should have used one of the empty shops in the town centre to draw trade into the main shopping area and particularly the Market which they rent out to traders.

The trader, who is not named at her request, said that one empty shop was being rented out for the Christmas for a very low rent, while market traders were having no concessions.
She said the shop in question, located in Green Street, would have been an ideal location for Santa's Grotto here in Neath.

In Aberavon, Santa's Grotto is placed in the middle of the Aberavon's Shopping Centre, which of course make sense.
