Residents concern for LDP 

Cllr Janice Dudley's monthly session on the first Saturday morning of the month (10:00am) at the Wainceirch Owain Glyndwr Community Centre was packed last Saturday with dozens of residents concerned about Neath's Local Development Plan.

Cllr Dudley made clear that her role was to listen to what residents had to say about the 15 year development plan for the area.   Without doubt the main concern was the present road congestion which would get worse with thousands of more houses added over the period.

It was stated that road access to the new developments would be left to the developers rather than the local authorities creating a master plan.

Objections and letters of concern should at the NPT CBC Planning Office by the extended date of 15th October 2012.
