LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
From 24th September to 12th October 2012 a series of stakeholder's
events will be held throughout the County Borough. The purpose of these
meetings will be to discuss the emerging Deposit Plan with stakeholders
before the Authority formally places the plan on Deposit in February/
March 2013.
Any comments/complaints or observations from the public must be sent to
the Planning Department prior to the 12th of October.
Within the identified settlements limits the following housing
allocations are proposed on our Ward Bryncoch South.
BRYNCOCH SOUTH
Old Caewern Nursing Home approx 42 houses proposed.
Leiros Park: approx 200 houses.
For information about other areas of the locality.
Bryncoch North
Gorffwysfa nursing home - 15 houses
Longford.
Dwr y felin lower school - approx 70 houses
Neath/Tonna
Land off Fairyland Road 300 houses.
If anyone wishes to see the plans I will be at my Surgery on Saturday
6th October from 10 a m to 11.30am at the Owain Glyndwr Waunceirch Community Centre at the top of Dwr y felin Road, where I can listen to your views and take them on board - but I will not be allowed to tell you my views and I will not be able to take your comments and concerns forward to
Committee because of the ruling that applies to all planning committee members.

I would like to congratulate Mr Millis and staff for such fantastic results in their last inspection.
It is a credit to all concerned and I know the Children are over the
moon, they are so proud and so am I.
