Neath Market could be the gem in the town

A reader has written in with a suggestion for Neath Market which could help to revive Neath.   It is suggested that the headroom could cater for more stalls that could cater for arts and crafts.
Over the years the market has changed with the times as can be seen from the photo here, taken in around 1904.
The market could be the focal point of Neath and with careful planning it could retain its present character.  The reader invites views from others.
