Is anyone collecting bollards?

Another bollard has gone missing from the same road in Waunceirch - Llygad-yr-Haul.  This presents a danger hazzard - especially at night with on-coming headlights affecting your vision.
This could result in a claim against the council in the event of an accident.  Even if covered by the council's insurance, there could be a problem with the payout if the council is deemed negligent.
The photo above shows a typical jutting curb arrangement, which is so dangerous at night.
