Have you got an innovative idea that can help to regenerate Neath town centre?
Someone has - a covered square to cater for all weather conditions and designed so that traffic can flow under it. Unlike the illustration (right) the idea would be to have it open on all sides.
It is something that could host special events, stalls, exhibitions and displays that would attract visitors.
It is likely that the idea will be presented to the Neath Town Centre Consortium that will take place at the Castle Hotel on Wednesday 11th July 2012 at 5:30pm.

A reader has reminded certain posters that Neath has a NEWS website that allows residents and others to post their news. Whereas the Neath Ferret website deals with problems and prints news that newspapers won't, the Neath Community News website has a different spectrum. It is a website that opens doors for others to walk through - a website where readers are the reporters.
