STOCK TRANSFER IS PRIVATISATION!

At the full Council meeting on Friday the 30th March, New Labour Cllrs on the Neath Port Talbot Council voted as a block to stop an investigation into the legal advice it had been given during the controversial stock transfer of its Council housing in 2009/2010.
