Reader asks what is the reason?

A reader wants to know what is happening on Blaenhonddan Community Council because so many long serving caretakers are leaving.

More than one reader has said that if this were a football team the manager would have been sacked long ago.   Something must be wrong somewhere?    On top of all this the council tax precept has been raised by nearly 20%  -- whereas Neath Town Council have decreased theirs.
