It was very kind of Rob James to offer his skills and add photographs to what has been months of tireless negotiating by us with various departments for the outcome that we have today, which is, that the Environment Agency have registered the old Dyffryn Pond as The Cwm Clydach Reservoir, The Environment Agency can now ensure that the owner takes responsibility for employing an Engineer to inspect and decide on a way forward.

I wish to clarify further regarding the £70,000 grant mentioned..........
