Could this be the solution for the Empire Neath?

A writer has come up with a suggestion for the Empire Neath building that could even appeal to the current freeholders - The Swansea Coastal Housing Association.

The suggestion is rather different to what we have been advocating up to now - but it has its merits.   It certainly looks at the situation from another perspective and one that is worthy for consideration.   It is definately better than 12 faceless flats at ground floor level that has been submitted for approval by NPT Council's planning department.

Shown right is a retirement home development in Sketty, Swansea.   If this can be done in other towns then it could be done here in Neath.   We certainly think it is wise to give this building second and third thoughts.
