To find out more about a councillor - Google the name

To see how active your councillor is, enter his/her name in the GOOGLE search box, then see what comes up.   The Internet is now the way to find out more about your local councillor.  It seems that forward looking councillors (and prospective candidates) are going that one mile further by having their own website.   In this day and age of fast communications an Internet presence is rather essential.    The same applies to MP's, all of whom can be looked up with a GOOGLE search.
