Boundary wall issue

Open plan concept goes out of the window
Council going back to favour boundary walls?

Following the reported issue at Tudor Gardens over boundary walls and fences, it now appears that boundary walls are being allowed at the Waterstone development at Waunceirch.

Many residents in the area will now consider this as an example to follow.   The NPT Council Planning Department seem to have set a precedent in allowing this to happen.

Are more boundary walls likely to follow because of what is happening?   We must wait and see what happens.

This development has already been reported as the NEATH EYE SORE and it is understandable why the houses have been selling so slow, with some still unsold.  In actual fact, it is nick-named 'White's Folly' after the name of Geoff White, head of the NPT Planning Department.  It is a name that GOOGLE and other search sites are highlighting for this laughing stock monstrosity.

Many residents consider that this is the worst development ever to take place in Neath.  It is an utter disgrace to those who allowed it to happen - so say all the residents in the surrounding area.

PS... The boundary wall mentioned above was built behind a screen and out of sight from public view until pictured above.  The motives must be questioned.
