Old age Swings

A resident at Bryncoch North claims that the swings in the playground near her home are over 40 years old and needed attention.  The resident claimed that the playground reflected badly on the community council and its administrator, and pleaded for the playground to be cleaned up.

It was stated that residents were ashamed to take visitors to the area.  The comments were noted by councillors attending a PACT at the Owain Glyndwr Waunceirch Community Centre on 25th July.
