Community Councillors Praised
for Considering Youngsters

Use of the Owain Glyndwr Waunceirch  Community Centre has been under consideration for use by someone who has the younger generation in mind. One possible use includes a Junior Karate class during a weekday evening.

Councillors who consider the next generation must be commended for their wisdom.   The use of community halls for the younger generation is an excellent way to help their development.

Many community centres in the rest of the country remain open until at least 10:00pm with their arts and crafts facilities. Later closing, particularly in the summer time, is another step of keeping youngsters off the streets and under the eye of adult supervision.

Let's hope our community councillors will continue to consider the younger generation in another step to develop a community spirit that we can be proud of.
