Should the officials of our council's planning department be a laughing stock ?

Because that is how it seems.

Under cover building work appears to be taking place opposite Waunceirch Junior Primary School if the above photograph is anything to go by.

The house shown above is on a bend and a request by Cllr Janice Dudley to have it moved back to give a clear view of traffic have been ignored by the developers.   Cllr Dudley approached the Council's Planning Department who allegedly issued the instruction to the builders to move it back 5 metres at the time when the footings were being put down. 

Ignoring a demand by the Planning Department should not be taken lightly.   Public safety should be of prime importance so we wonder what is going to be done about it?    Are the developers making fools out of planning officials?   We must wait to see what is going to happen.

Note --- This is the only part of the site that has been screened off during the building process - we wonder why?
