This week our BIG question (see Menu) looks at the alleged £102,000 that will be paid to Chief Executive involved with the transfer and running of the local council housing stock.  It asks the question: will the Chief Executive of NPT CBC take a corresponding cut in his salary because he will now have less responsibilities and obviously less work to do?
