Council upset over press report

Some members of Blaenhonddan Coummunity Council have expressed their concern about Cllr Janice Dudley involving a Swansea based newspaper about the damaged name sign of the Glyndwr Community Centre.   Cllr Dudley said that it was done in the interests of residents to make them aware of the act of vandalism and the unnecessary expense of the proposed name change.  Any member of the public attending a council meeting would have been aware of the facts stated in the press report.

NOTE  Members of the public are allowed to attend the monthly council meetings at the Owain Glyndwr Community Centre - but are NOT allowed speak and ask questions.
