Environment Group Concerned about Council's Tree Order

A member of the Bryncoch Environment Group has sent us the following report:-

"I've spoken to Tom Colley's colleague at NPTCBC and as I feared, any trees that have not been awarded TPOs are now free to be chopped!! I told him that people will think it's Christmas!! What a prospect!!
Mr Colley has sent me maps of the Waunceirch area which contain all the trees that have been surveyed and given TPOs."

We have yet to get to the bottom of this matter and what is behind it.   We urge anyone who see trees being chopped down to contact this website: www.bryncochenvironment.co.uk

The question arises: Are our councillors aware of the concern of the residents they represent - and what are they doing about it?
