Misleading Notice Issued by Council

NPT Council have been asked to clarify a misleading notice they issued on 1st October 2010, regarding the revocation of a Tree Preservation Notice in Waunceirch.

The notice gives the impression that all trees in Waunceirch are now at risk to a wild axe-man.   We have reason to believe that such a person does exist.  Believe it or not, we are aware of several people who hate trees - especially in the autumn when the leaves start to fall. 

Our concern has been passed to the Bryncoch Environment Group.
