Plan of Site

Here is an arial view of the site on the ridge top land before Waterstone developers started to create Neath's biggest eye sore.

Below is an artistes impression of what the competed site will look like.    We can reveal that councillors and residents are absolutely appalled by the look of the site.   Homes are being built on the verge of the public sidewalk - no wonder the homes are slow selling.   It is, without doubt, Neath's biggest eye sore

In the background is the road roundabout leading to Rhiwlas, and the house adjacent to it blocks the view of oncoming traffic around the bend - see green plot below.

The houses in background face the Waunceirch Primary School, affording no privacy to both home owners and the children playing in the school yard.   This part of the site is currently screened off so that no-one can see what is being built.

It is a planning disaster and reflects on the councillors who agreed with the chief planning officer, Mr Geoff White, decision to approve it.  No wonder residents are calling it: "White's Folly".
