Plan to join our southern brother and sister Guzzisti at Lochgilphead this coming w/e (9/10 Aug)?

I, and possibly one other, if north sea helicopters stay servicable, are planning going there on the Saturday am and joining them at the Lochgilphead Bank St camp site on the Saturday pm. Let me know if you are going and maybe we can arrange travel together. I aim to speak to Harry, Russell, Ian and Haydn etc to see if synergies can be worked out.

The calendar and next event info have been updated. Ullapool camp site is a bit boorish so I have opted for the Altandhu campsite next to the Fuaran pub on the last August w/e. Before that there is a run out to Kyle and a lunch at Hectors brasserie at Kyle where lunch from 12:30 to 13:00 is the order of the day. Maybe see some of the coast westers there?

Already the nights are drawing in and plans for 2014 are being formed in this little head of mine. Given the success of the Badrallach camping week end I am minded to repeat a similar event in June next year but maybe a different venue. Any ideas gratefully received.

A lunch mtg in September was going to be held at Tomatin but yesterday a visit (on the Pan!) showed the inn is no more - it is flat to the ground! So again a new venue will be sought. North Kessock is the one in the calendar but that will change - keep checking back for the updates.
