Grant Application Meetings

The Council considers grant applications twice a year, at a special Grants Meeting held in April and November.

GRANTS POLICY

Voluntary community organisations, serving the Parish, are welcome to apply for a Community Grant from the Parish Council. A Grant Application Form needs to be completed and returned to the Clerk before the deadline.

The procedure is as follows:

1. The Parish Council considers grant applications twice a year in April and November. Closing dates for applications will be at the end of March and October.

2. A notice is displayed on the Notice Board and in the bulletin/newsletter to remind organisations that an application form is required together with the date of the deadline.

3. The Parish Council considers all applications at a special Council meeting held in April and November.

4. Members of the public and applicants may attend, however they will not be able to speak or make presentation only if asked by the Chairman for clarification on a certain point.
